The Maths

I put your site together and send you a private preview link before anything goes live. You see it before you sign off on it.
Tell me what you want changed — up to the revision rounds in your tier. I'm not precious about the work; it's your site.
Once you're happy, it goes live. Your domain points to it, SSL is active, and the hosting costs you nothing — now or ever.
Honest timings: most sites are previewed within 24–48 hours of receiving your brief. Full delivery including domain setup is typically 2–3 business days. If a build slot means it'll be longer, you'll know before you pay — not after.

Honest answer: not without editing HTML files. This is a static site, not a CMS — that's exactly why it's fast and free to host. If you'll want to change content every week, this isn't the right product and I'll tell you so before you pay. For most starter sites the content rarely changes, and a quick update request to me is the simplest route.
